This major warehouse in southern New England is an 11.8 acre building with a volume of 17.5 million cubic feet. It was doubled from its original size. The existing building was completely remodeled to accommodate narrow aisle high bay racking systems. All major M.E.P. systems were replaced, including a new ESFR fire protection system.
