NATIONAL STARCH & CHEMICAL, Billerica, MA   New Research & Development Lab & Tenant Fit Up

Tenant Fit Up for 30,000 s.f. of R & D labs and general office space in a two story existing shell research and development structure. This lab specializes in polymer development. The project included a small pilot plant for small batch testing.
