 The E.F. Merkert Corporate Center incorporates the latest technological applications for communications, A/V and HVAC systems. The three story steel, brick, and curtain wall corporate office building with a 260 seat multi-media auditorium, demonstration test kitchen, function rooms and office space services 450 employees.


  BLUE HILL LINCOLN MERCURY DEALERSHIP, 390 Turnpike Street, Canton, MA   Complete Interior & Exterior Rehab

       This new addition/renovation included a complete interior and exterior rehab to bring the dealership in line with new franchise requirements. The addition contained approximately 10,000 s.f. of office space including a new service drop-off area, customer waiting lounge, new service department, service bays, new parts department, and car prep areas. Also constructed were a drive-in wash bay, 2,500s.f. storage mezzanine, and two loading docks for supply and delivery access.   
 

   COMPUTER ESCAPE, Retail Computer Store, North Main St., Randolph, MA -  Interior & Exterior Renovation

         This storefront renovation provided sandblasted brick walls and open high ceilings for product display. The basement area was converted into a repair and testing facility.
