Renovations and additions to warehouse facilities and manufacturing plant for polymers. Installation of freezers and coolers for finished products. Installation of new HVAC and electrical systems. Major challenge was to remove one floor of a two story 100 yr old mill building and install seismic bracing to allow for 20' clear overhead manufacturing space.
